I'm sorry you've had such hassle finding it, we generally only promote our current games as downloadable purchases and to be honest I didn't think that version was still available - I'll try and ensure that a link to it (seeing as its still available) is placed on. If, of course, Sega get off their asses and make it available. Instead, I get to hunt some more and hope I find the 'right' patch.Īnd if it takes me an hour again, then screw it - the next SI game I buy will be one that's available at retaill locally. If I see 3.9.68 on the website, and that's the only link, I should be able to expect that it will patch my version of the game. Not that it's SI's fault directly, necessarily, but it should not have taken me an hour to find the legitimate softwrap version (FWIW, had I been so inclined, I could have found a pirate version to download in less than a minute).įurther, if a game's going to have both a retail and a digital version, the digital patch for it should be much easier to find than this has proven to be. Well, this whole experience is rapidly souring me on the prospect of playing future SI games.
